approach allows us to maintain quality, consistency, and control at every stage, ensuring every product meets approved specifications before it ships.
Consultation
How does the process start?
We begin with a consultation to understand your brand, goals, product ideas, materials, desired quantities, and any product variations such as size, color, or finishes. This allows us to align scope, timelines, and pricing before moving forward.
How are order quantities determined?
Minimum order quantities are confirmed during this phase based on product type, materials, and manufacturing method. This ensures the project is viable and expectations are clear from the start.
What input do you need from us?
Existing designs, sketches, or technical drawings guide the process. Our primary focus is bringing your designs to life, with optional support to refine materials, finishes, or production details when needed.
Design
How do projects typically begin?
Most projects begin with existing designs or product concepts that you would like us to manufacture. This can include finished designs, technical drawings, or clear visual references.
What if some details still need refinement?
If needed, we can support refinement of materials, finishes, or construction details to ensure designs are production ready while staying true to your original vision.
Do you create fully custom products?
Yes. We specialize in custom shapes, materials, finishes, and molds developed to specification.
Prototype Samples
Will we receive physical samples before production?
Yes. Physical samples are developed and shipped for approval before any full production begins.
How long does sampling typically take?
Sampling typically takes around 4 weeks, depending on product complexity, materials, and whether custom molds are required. Shipping time varies by destination.
Can changes be made after reviewing samples?
Yes. Feedback is incorporated during the sampling phase to finalize the product prior to production approval.
Payments & Customs
How are payments handled?
A deposit is typically required upfront, with the remaining balance due before final production. Payment terms and methods are confirmed during consultation to ensure clarity and alignment.
Do clients handle customs or import duties?
No. We manage all customs clearance and import documentation on our side, ensuring products arrive smoothly without additional effort from you.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All costs including manufacturing, shipping, and customs are communicated upfront in your quote, so there are no surprises.
Production
Where are products manufactured?
Products are manufactured in China through a network of carefully selected factories specializing in premium, retail-quality goods.
How is quality managed during production?
We operate with a dedicated office and team on the ground in China who work directly with factories and conduct in-person checks throughout production to ensure consistency and adherence to approved specifications.
How do you keep projects on track once production starts?
We manage timelines, production milestones, and communication directly with factory partners, providing clear updates throughout production.

Shipping
How do you handle international shipping and customs?
We manage logistics and customs clearance end to end, including multi-location shipments when required. We and or can you your forwarded of choice.
Will we receive timeline updates?
Yes. Clear production and shipping timelines are provided once specifications are finalized.
